1. Agreement
By visiting Aiaia Tarot ("the site") or purchasing anything from it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be 18 years or older to purchase or receive a reading.
2. What we offer
Aiaia Tarot sells digital goods: personal tarot readings written in the voice of Circe, a downloadable guidebook, printable spread guides, and an ongoing Cosmic Moon Circle subscription. Everything is delivered digitally — nothing physical ships to you unless we say otherwise.
3. For entertainment & reflection
Tarot on this site is offered for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Outcomes are never guaranteed. You remain the author of your own choices. If you are unwell or in crisis, please seek qualified help.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in the checkout currency and include any taxes required for your region.
5. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once a reading has been generated or a file has been downloaded. If a product genuinely fails to deliver, email us and we'll make it right.
6. Subscriptions
The Cosmic Moon Circle renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the customer portal linked in your account; cancellation stops future charges and keeps access until the current period ends.
7. Your account & conduct
Keep your login details safe — you are responsible for activity on your account. Don't resell, republish, or redistribute readings, the guidebook, or spread files without written permission. Don't attempt to break, scrape, or overload the site.
8. Intellectual property
All artwork, writing, card meanings, and site design are © Aiaia Tarot. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files you download. All other rights are reserved.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aiaia Tarot is not liable for any decisions you make based on a reading, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will always show the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
